Professor Michael H. Perrott was appointed Associate Director the MIT Center for Integrated Circuits and Systems (CICS) effective September 1, 2006. Perrott also conducts research at the Institute's Microsystems Technology Laboratories (MTL).
Perrott received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. His current research focuses on high-speed communication systems with an emphasis on phase-locked loop circuits.
